Activating Your Service 

Your cell phone number can be found on the back of the gray SIM card packet. You will need to activate your Mobal SIM card by going to www.simactivations.com After activation, your SIM card will be ready to use. Activate your SIM card online www.simactivations.com (This can only be done Mon-Fri and non-holidays) You will then receive your world cell phone number Travel to your destination Be sure that the battery is adequately charged Insert the world SIM into the phone* Turn on your phone Start calling** Customer service for your SIM is available by calling +12127855800

*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert it into the SIM card slot on your international cell phone. In most cases the SIM card slot is located under the battery. Insert the SIM card with the gold square facing your phone.

**When calling overseas from the United States to your mobile phone, callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 44 and then your cell phone number, omitting the first 0 (zero). To call abroad from your cell phone simply dial 00 or + followed by the country code and phone number. To call Telestial you would dial 0018582742686 or +18582742686

Billing 

The purchase price of the SIM card and any delivery charges are debited from your

    credit card prior to shipping.

Call charges are debited from your credit card as and when we receive the call data

    from the networks.

You will be sent statements detailing the charges that we have taken, including fully

    itemized lists of the calls that you have made.

There are no monthly or annual fees. You only pay for your calls. If you don’t use the

    SIM card, you won’t pay a cent.
